1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, understand how you use them, and improve your experience. AgentixFlo uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and enhance the Platform.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the Platform to function. They enable core features like authentication, session management, and security. You cannot opt out of these cookies.
- Authentication tokens: Keep you logged in securely across sessions
- Session cookies: Maintain your session state as you navigate the Platform
- Security cookies: Help detect and prevent fraudulent activity
- Theme preference: Remember your light/dark mode selection
2.2 Functional Cookies
These cookies remember choices you make (such as selected client, layout preferences, or sidebar state) to provide a more personalized experience.
- UI preferences: Sidebar collapsed/expanded state, selected views
- Recent selections: Last viewed client, active filters
- Feature flags: Enable beta features for your account
2.3 Analytics Cookies
We use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the Platform. This data helps us improve features, fix issues, and optimize the user experience. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized.
- Page views: Which pages and features are most used
- Performance metrics: Page load times and error rates
- Feature adoption: How new features are being used
2.4 Marketing Cookies
These cookies may be set on our public-facing pages (landing page, pricing page) to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. They are not used within the authenticated Platform dashboard.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on our site are set by third-party services we use:
- Stripe: Our payment processor sets cookies on checkout pages for payment processing, fraud prevention, and 3-D Secure authentication. See Stripe's Cookie Policy.
- Advertising platform pixels: When you connect ad accounts, platform-specific pixels may be present for authentication purposes only
4. Cookie Duration
- Session cookies: Deleted when you close your browser
- Persistent cookies: Remain on your device for a set period (typically 30 days to 1 year) or until you delete them
- Authentication tokens: Valid for up to 7 days, refreshed on activity
5. Managing Cookies
You can manage cookies through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and Site Permissions
Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Platform from functioning properly. You may not be able to log in or use core features if these cookies are blocked.
6. Local Storage & Session Storage
In addition to cookies, we use browser local storage and session storage for:
- Theme preference (light/dark mode)
- Draft content auto-save (campaign builder, creative editor)
- UI state persistence (sidebar, selected tabs)
These can be cleared through your browser's developer tools or by clearing site data.
7. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. We currently do not respond to DNT signals, as there is no industry-standard interpretation. We limit tracking to what is necessary for Platform operation and improvement.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
